Blue budgie with yellow crown, lost near Ped Mall

I lost my blue budgie yesterday around 3pm near the Ped Mall in downtown Iowa City. He's a small parakeet about 4 inches long with a bright blue body, white face, and a yellow crown. He wears a silver leg band labeled 'MI-128' and has a tiny white stripe on his left wing. He responds to the name Milo and loves perching on shoulders, chirping happily when I call his name.
