Found calico cat with blue collar near Victoria Gardens

I found a small calico cat this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Victoria Gardens shopping center in Rancho Cucamonga, near the AMC theater and the outdoor seating area. It's about the size of a medium cat, with orange and black patches, white paws, and a white chest. It wears a bright blue collar with a tiny silver bell and a small yellow tag with a number on it. The cat looked a little hungry but was friendly, purring when I picked it up.
