Found black leather briefcase with papers and laptop inside at Riverside Plaza parking lot in Inland Empire.

Description

I found a black leather briefcase in the parking lot of Riverside Plaza in the Inland Empire. It was left unattended next to a car around 3 PM. There are some papers and a laptop inside with the name 'John Smith' on a file. I'm hoping to return it to its owner as I know valuables can be easily forgotten in busy places.
