At about 7:30 p.m. yesterday, after a quick rehearsal at a local studio, I realized my two saxophones were missing from their case as I walked toward the Imperial Valley Mall parking lot. They’re a black alto with a handful of stickers from past gigs and a trusty silver tenor with a small dent near the bell. Those horns have carried me through countless rehearsals, late buses, and smoky jazz rooms; losing them feels like losing a piece of myself. If someone found them, I’d be grateful beyond words.
