I lost my vintage 1950s stamp collection in a black leather binder yesterday around 3pm near the Humboldt County Library on 5th Street in Eureka. The binder is about 9 by 12 inches, with a faded gold crest on the cover and a small tear along the spine. Inside are stamps from Canada, the UK, and India - mostly mint condition, with a few fragile wartime issues tucked in the back. There's a bright green sticker on the front with the initials 'RC', and on the first page a handwritten note that reads 'From Grandpa, collection #B-77'. This collection means a lot to me; it was a gift from my grandfather, and I'm really hoping it turns up. If anyone happened to pick it up, I'd be grateful to get it back.
