Missing man: tall, orange hoodie, blue backpack, Humboldt County

I'm Priya Patel, posting for my friend Diego Marin, a 28-year-old man about 6'2" with a lean build. He has short black hair, a light beard, and a small compass tattoo on his left forearm, plus a faint scar above his left eyebrow. He was last seen yesterday around 3pm wearing an orange hoodie and dark jeans, carrying a bright blue backpack with a yellow stripe. We were in Old Town Eureka near the Humboldt County Courthouse on Fourth Street, then he headed toward the Boardwalk along the waterfront and never came back.
