Found black rolling suitcase with floral interior and name tag 'Emily Johnson' near Arcata Marsh.

I found a black rolling suitcase yesterday afternoon while walking my dog near the Arcata Marsh. It looks relatively new and has a wonderful floral print on the inside. There was a name tag on the luggage that said 'Emily Johnson' but no contact details. I would love to return it to its owner since it seems valuable.
