Blue reflective dog harness with paw tag

I found a blue reflective dog harness this afternoon around 2:45pm in the parking lot behind the Beacon Bagel on Main Street in Beacon, Hudson Valley. It's a medium nylon harness with a neon blue color, a black plastic buckle, and a small red paw-print sticker on the inside strap. The edges have a reflective trim, and there's a tiny metal tag etched with a name—the phone number on there is worn smooth. I know how something like this matters to a pup owner, so I'm hoping to help reunite the owner with their hound.
