Blue hardcover Hudson Valley atlas with gold spine

I lost my blue hardcover Hudson Valley atlas yesterday around 3pm. It's a big pocket atlas, about 9 by 11 inches, with a sturdy blue cover and gold lettering along the spine. The pages are a bit yellowed and there's a tiny crease on the upper-right corner of the front cover, plus a red ribbon bookmark peeks out when you close it. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it has sentimental value and I really need it back. If you found it near the Beacon Train Station on Main Street or around the riverfront shops, please drop it off — I’d be incredibly grateful.
