I found a black velvet evening gown this afternoon around 1:45pm outside the Beacon Train Station on Main Street in Beacon, Hudson Valley. It's a floor-length Adrianna Papell gown, size 6, with a detachable pearl-embellished belt and a champagne lining. The fabric has a subtle sheen and the belt sits at the natural waist, making the dress feel both classic and a little glamorous. There’s a small pull near the hem and a few beads along the belt, but otherwise it’s in good condition. Inside the tag it reads Adrianna Papell, size 6, which should help the owner identify it quickly.
