Silver Seiko watch with blue strap

Yesterday around 3pm I realized my watch was missing. It’s a silver Seiko stainless watch, about 40mm, with a bright blue nylon strap that’s a bit worn. The back is engraved with my initials 'PK' and there’s a tiny dent near the crown. I was near the Galleria on Westheimer Road in Houston when I last had it, and it has sentimental value—it's a gift from my sister. If anyone found it, I’d really appreciate getting it back; I can verify the initials and the small dent to confirm it's mine.
