On Sunday around 7:45 PM, after a small holiday get-together on the edge of Downtown Houston, I realized my holiday decorations were missing from the back porch. The haul included a string of warm white lights, a garland, and a red ribbon wreath I tied last year. I clearly remember leaving the items on a folding table near City Hall on Main Street while I chatted with a neighbor about winter plans.
