Found tortoiseshell glasses near Downtown Houston Library

I found a pair of round tortoiseshell glasses this afternoon around 3:50pm in the parking lot behind the Downtown Houston Public Library on McKinney Street. They come with a black leather hard case that has a small scratch on the lid and a blue microfiber cloth tucked inside. The frames are a warm tortoiseshell with gold hinges, and there’s a tiny chip on the bottom edge of the left lens. Inside the right temple, you can see initials 'AK' etched in faint letters. The lenses look prescription, and the case shows light wear but closes fine.
