Found silver watch with blue face and scratches at Blue Mug Coffee Shop near Downtown Houston.

I found a silver watch with a blue face at the Blue Mug Coffee Shop near Downtown Houston last Wednesday. It has a few scratches, but it looks like a nice piece. The watch was sitting on a table by the window; I waited for a while to see if someone would come back for it, but nobody did.
