Blue plush dragon with orange star patch

I lost my blue plush dragon yesterday around 3pm near the Houston Children's Museum on Binz Street after a kid's activity session. The dragon is about 12 inches long, made of royal blue fluffy fabric with a bright orange star patch on its right foot and a tiny tear along the left wing seam. It also has a light blue ribbon tied around its neck and a small hand-written name tag inside that says 'Niko'. It means a lot to my kid, it’s his bedtime buddy, and we’d really appreciate getting it back if someone found it.
