Orange tabby cat with green collar near Windmill Island Gardens

I lost my orange tabby cat yesterday around 3pm near Windmill Island Gardens in Holland, by the parking lot off 8th Street. He's about 9 pounds, short-haired, mostly orange with a small white patch on his chest and a tiny notch in one ear. He wears a bright green collar with a silver bell and a microchip tag. He’s pretty skittish but warms up quickly once he knows you, and he’s meant a lot to me—he’s been with me since he was a kitten. Please reach out if you’ve seen him; I’m really hoping to get him back!
