Lost passports in Hickory / Lenoir, North Carolina
Hi there, I'm Maria Lopez. I lost my passport last Friday around 4:15 PM somewhere in downtown Hickory, near the courthouse square at Main Avenue and 2nd Street. I was at a coffee shop on Main when I realized I didn't have it after paying the bill; I must have left it in the chair. The passport is a standard US passport in my name, Maria Lopez, with a light-blue cover and a travel sticker. I’m anxious about travel plans and the potential trouble of replacing it, so I’m hoping it’s found and returned to the city’s lost-and-found. It would mean the world to me.
Found student ID near LR University, Hickory
Yesterday around 5:40 pm, I was walking outside the Lenoir-Rhyne University Student Center in Hickory and spotted a student ID card lying on the brick path near the quad. The photo shows a student, and the name and major are visible on the card. I kept it safely in my pocket for a moment while I looked around, hoping to spot someone who might claim it.
