Found bag labeled Breeds on Helena sidewalk
I found a small canvas tote lying on the curb near the Montana State Capitol steps around 5:45 p.m. last Friday. The bag is plain, white with the word Breeds printed in bold black letters. Inside I found a binder of dog-breed profiles, a handful of glossy photos, and a folded note that looked like someone’s reminders. It clearly belonged to someone who loves their dogs. I turned it in at the downtown Helena Lost and Found in the City Hall lobby, hoping the owner sees this and gets it back soon.

I found a small, vibrant green and yellow parakeet yesterday while walking in my neighborhood near Spring Meadow Lake. The little guy was hopping around the grass and seemed to be looking for food. He appears to be in good health and is very friendly, so I'm pretty sure he must have a home somewhere.
