Red leather tote with gold hardware found near Target on Grand Ave

I found a red leather tote this afternoon around 4:15pm behind the Target on Grand Avenue in Heartland Florida. It's a medium-sized Coach tote, pebble-grain red leather with gold-tone hardware, and there’s a small scratch along the bottom corner. The interior has a leopard-print lining that peeks out when you open it. There’s a laminated name card inside with 'Alex Rivera' on it and a crumpled cafe receipt that might help ID the owner.
