Found: Blue hardcover mystery novel with orange bookmark

Found a blue hardcover mystery novel this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Heartland Public Library on Oak Street, near the coffee shop. The book has a bright orange ribbon bookmark sticking out halfway, and there’s a small doodle of a cat on page 142 from a dog-eared corner. The jacket shows light scuffs, but the spine is intact and the pages are clean. I figured someone must be missing it after leaving it on a bench near the bus stop by Oak Street Market.
