LOST student ID in Hartford, Connecticut
On a chilly Tuesday around 12:45 p.m., I was outside the Hartford Public Library on Main Street after a quick lunch break when I realized my Student ID was lost. I retraced my steps along Market Street and Bushnell Park, even checking the campus bus stop, but I could not find it. Losing that ID means trouble with campus services and a few anxious hours, so I am hoping someone turned it in somewhere along the way. If you found it, please post here so I can claim it through the site.
Found airline item near Bushnell Park, Hartford.
I found an Airline this afternoon, around 4:30 PM, on Pratt Street outside the Hartford Public Library near Bushnell Park. The item is a small folder labeled Airline on the cover, stuffed with a handful of old tickets and a passport photo. It looked like someone dropped it in a hurry; I scanned the area but the person who dropped it had disappeared into the crowd. I felt a mix of relief and responsibility—glad I could help, worried about someone losing something important. I’ve handed it over to the site so the rightful owner can claim it through the system.
Navy blue US passport, worn, lost
I lost my navy blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near Union Station on Main Street in Hartford. It’s the standard passport with the Great Seal on the cover, a bit worn at the corners, and there’s a small coffee stain along the back edge. Inside, the photo page shows my face and the name 'Alex M. Kim' with a Dublin visa stamp from a recent work trip. One corner is bent from being stuffed in my carry-on, and there’s a tiny sticker from a conference on the data page. This passport means a lot to me—it's tied to years of travel and I really need it back before my next flight.
