Found stuffed panda with blue scarf near Court Square

I found a small stuffed panda this afternoon around 3:15pm behind Court Square Market on East Market Street in Harrisonburg. It’s a GUND brand panda, about 9 inches tall, with a bright blue knit scarf and a tiny pink heart stitched on one paw. The fur is soft but a bit matted from use, and there’s a small fray on the left ear. It seems well-loved, like it belongs to a kid who wandered away from downtown. If this sounds like someone’s toy, I’ll happily reunite it with the owner.
