Navy Samsonite 28-inch suitcase with yellow tag

I lost my navy Samsonite 28-inch hard-shell suitcase yesterday around 4pm near Court Square on Main Street in downtown Harrisonburg. It's in decent condition, but the retractable handle sticks and the zippers are a little loose. There’s a bright yellow luggage tag with my initials 'EP' on the top, and a small dent on the bottom-right corner. Inside are travel documents and a keepsake from my grandmother, so this means a lot to me and I’d really appreciate getting it back.
