Lost & found passports in Hampton Roads

lost Travel Visas near Waterside District, Norfolk

I’m preparing to travel soon, and my travel visas vanished from my day bag somewhere around the Waterside District in Norfolk. It was around 8:45 a.m. on Monday when I last remember seeing the folder by the coffee shop near the waterfront. I’ve retraced steps along the riverfront, checked the hotel lobby, and even scanned the ferry terminal area, but no luck. This trip means a lot to me; those visas are essential paperwork, and I’m terrified I won’t be able to go. If someone picked them up, I’d be grateful beyond words.
