Missing man: 6 ft 1 in, brown hair, forearm tattoo

I am looking for my brother, Marcus Lee, who vanished yesterday around 3pm. Last seen near the Biloxi Lighthouse along Beach Boulevard in Biloxi, heading toward Gulfport. He is about 6 ft 1 in, slender build, short brown hair, light stubble. He was wearing a gray hoodie, black jeans, and white sneakers, carrying a blue backpack with a small red tag. He has a crescent moon tattoo on his right forearm and a faint scar above his left eyebrow. I am really worried this isn't like him, and he has not answered texts since yesterday.
