I lost two skirts along Beach Boulevard near Biloxi Lighthouse around 7:45 p.m. last Sunday. The navy pencil skirt and the floral maxi were in a blue tote bag, and I must have set them down on a cafe chair when I stopped to chat with a friend. The evening breeze and crowds on the boardwalk could have nudged them away. They’re distinctive—one solid navy, the other bright floral—so I’d recognize them if I saw them.
