Black leather wallet found near Hard Rock Biloxi

Found a wallet this afternoon around 2:15 pm on Beach Boulevard outside the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi. It's a black pebbled leather bifold, about the size of a standard wallet, with a tiny red stitch along the top edge and the leather a bit worn. Inside there’s an ID window, a couple of cards, and some cash. There’s a coffee stain on the back and a small photo tucked in one of the compartments.
