Gold-tone heart pendant necklace

Yesterday around 3pm outside the Grand Rapids Public Museum on Monroe Center Street, near Rosa Parks Circle, I realized my gold-tone heart pendant necklace was gone. It's from the brand Luna & Co, an 18-inch delicate chain with a small heart pendant about 3/4 inch tall; it has a tiny sapphire set at the bottom corner. The back is engraved with the initials 'A.H.' and the chain shows a little wear with a mild tarnish. This necklace was a gift from my mom, so it means a lot to me and I’m really hoping someone picked it up and held onto it. If you found it, please drop me a message here; I’d be forever grateful.
