Found black leather messenger bag with notebooks and laptop charger outside Grand Rapids Public Library.

I found a black leather messenger bag just outside the Grand Rapids Public Library on October 15th. It looks like it belongs to a student – there are some notebooks and a laptop charger inside. I wanted to return it to its owner since it seems like it could be important to them.
