Lost flutes after Crandall Park rehearsal
Hi, I’m Grace Thompson. I lost my flutes after a late afternoon rehearsal in Crandall Park around 3:15 p.m. today. They were in a blue hard case tucked beside the bandstand near Maple Street, and a gust of wind pushed the bag into the path behind the gazebo. They’re not just instruments to me; the silver flute is my main piece and the other is my student model, so this feels personal and stressful. If you found them, I’d really appreciate knowing they’re safe.

I was finishing a practice session yesterday around 3pm and must have left my sunburst Yamaha violin on a bench by the Crandall Park entrance on Maple Street in Glens Falls. It's a 4/4 student model with a sunburst finish, a small dent on the back, and a slightly worn chin rest. The bow has a purple satin wrap near the frog, which makes it easy to spot. It means a lot to me—it's my first proper instrument since I started lessons, and it carries sentimental value from my grandmother who encouraged me to play. I’d really appreciate it being returned.

It's a vintage Fender with a few scrapes on the body and has a unique sticker of a sunflower on the back. I had just run some errands and realized it was missing when I got home.
