Found sheet music outside Glasgow Central Station
I found a stack of sheet music outside Glasgow Central Station around 9:30 PM last Friday, tucked under a bench near the main entrance. It looked like someone had been preparing for a recital—the pages were limp from the damp air, and a few marks in graphite suggested practice runs gone long. I picked it up and carried it to the station's lost-and-found, hoping the owner would recognize it and come for it. The pieces are a tenor sax arrangement and a handful of piano scores, all with the same worn blue cover.
Black Pearl 14x5.5 snare drum, lost near Glasgow Central
I lost my black Pearl 14x5.5 snare drum yesterday around 3pm outside Glasgow Central Station on Gordon Street. It's satin black with chrome hardware, and the throw-off squeaks a bit when I tune it. There’s a small green star sticker on the bottom hoop and a handwritten 'AH' on the inside of the shell; the inside head has a faint red marker line from a recent gig. This drum is sentimental to me because it's the only snare I own and I really need it back for rehearsals this week. If anyone found it, please message me here and I can pick it up from the Sauchiehall Street area or arrange another drop-off nearby.
