Blue Nike swim shorts found near River Park

I found a pair of blue Nike swim shorts this afternoon around 3:15pm in the parking lot behind the Target at the River Park shopping center on Blackstone Ave in Fresno. They're royal blue nylon with a white Nike swoosh on the left leg, size M, and the mesh liner is visible. The drawstring is a bit faded and there’s a small stain near the waistband plus a tiny pull on the bottom hem, easy to spot if you know them.
