It’s a small white bottle with a blue cap and a label that includes the pharmacy name; I rely on this medication daily, and the thought of being without it has me stressing. Hi, I’m Mia Garcia. I lost a small stack of CDs at 6:20 p.m. last Saturday near Fig Garden Village in Fresno. I’d just grabbed a coffee and must have left the case on the edge of my trunk while I paid, and somehow drove off with it still there. The case is a plain black jewel box, a bit scuffed, with a couple of stickers I’d slapped on years ago. The discs cover a lot of comfort—classic indie, a few soundtracks, and some road-trip mixes I’ve kept for a long time. It feels weird not to hear those songs in the car. I found a paperback mystery with an orange spine this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Fresno Main Library, near the L Street entrance where the bike racks sit. It's about 320 pages, slightly creased from travel, and there's a bright blue bookmark sticking out. On the back cover is a tiny coffee stain and a handwritten note that says 'M. Chen' along with a small sticker from a local bookstore. I figured someone might be missing it and would really appreciate getting it back.
