Found black leather messenger bag with personal items near the park in Fredericksburg.

Description

I found a black leather messenger bag while walking my dog near the park in Fredericksburg yesterday. It has some visible wear and tear, but overall it seems to be in good condition. Inside, I noticed a few personal items, including a notebook and what looked like a school ID. I’d love to return it to its owner as soon as possible.
