LOST: Passports in Fort Smith
At about 9:15 AM on Tuesday, I realized my passport was missing after stepping out of the Fort Smith National Historic Site gift shop and heading toward the parking lot off Garrison Ave. It’s in a worn brown leather cover with a small crest on the front. The last moment I recall having it was when I stopped for a coffee in the hotel lobby before heading to the airport. I’m anxious about travel plans and paperwork, so any clue would mean a lot. If you’ve seen it, please let me know through the site.

I set my wallet on a bench while I finished a quick phone call and then forgot to pick it up. When I returned, my driver's license was gone. It is an Arkansas license with my photo and my address, folded in a worn wallet. This has me anxious because I need it for work and travel. If you see a wallet that might contain a license, please hold on to it until it can be returned to the owner.
