Missing 16-year-old sister, Jordan Lee, Fort Collins Old Town

I lost my sister, Jordan Lee, yesterday around 3pm. She's about five foot five inches tall, with short black hair, a crescent-shaped tattoo on her inner left wrist, and a small silver hoop in her left ear. She was wearing a green North Face windbreaker, charcoal jeans, and white sneakers with a pink stripe. The last sighting was on College Avenue near the CSU campus in Old Town Fort Collins, just after Laurel Street, near the farmers market. I'm really worried—she's dealing with a medical condition that requires daily meds, and any information would mean the world to us.
