Gray tabby cat with blue collar found near CSU Library

I found a gray tabby cat this morning around 7:30am behind the Fort Collins Public Library on College Ave, near the CSU campus. It's a medium-sized cat with white paws and a white chest patch, and it wears a blue collar with a tiny silver bell. Notable features include a small notch in the left ear and a faint scar on the nose, plus a white blaze on the chest. The cat was friendly and purred when I petted it, and it seemed healthy and clean overall. I’d like to help get it back to its owner, and I can keep it safe here or meet somewhere handy in north Fort Collins—near the library or a nearby cafe.
