Black velvet evening gown with emerald belt

I lost my black velvet evening gown yesterday around 9pm near the Ponte Vecchio, Florence. It's floor-length, size M, with a detachable emerald silk belt and delicate silver threading along the neckline. The dress is from a small Florentine boutique, and there’s no easily recognizable tag inside after a recent alteration; there’s a tiny tear snagged in the hem from a cobblestone, obvious if you look closely. It’s really sentimental to me because it was a gift from my mother and I wore it to a charity gala. If anyone found it, I’d be so grateful to get it back — it means more than the dress itself.
