Silver-tone necklace with tiny heart pendant

I lost my silver-tone necklace yesterday around 3pm in the Finger Lakes area. I was near the Ithaca Commons on State Street, then by GreenStar Market, and I must have dropped it somewhere along the sidewalk. It's an 18-inch slim chain with a small heart pendant that has a tiny emerald inlay. The back of the pendant is engraved with an initial 'M'. The chain is a bit worn, but the pendant is in good condition. This necklace was a gift from my grandmother and means a lot to me—really hoping someone who picked it up will return it.
