Navy tote bag with orange zipper pull

I lost my navy blue tote bag yesterday around 3pm near the Farmington Public Library on Oak Street. It's a medium-sized canvas tote, EcoCarry brand, with an orange zipper pull and a frayed bottom corner. Inside there's a pink umbrella, a small yellow photo album, and a laminated card with my initials 'P.P.' on a leather tag. The bag is sentimental to me because it held a family photo album from my grandmother, and I'm really hoping to get it back.
