Description
Last Friday at 3:20 p.m., I realized my two saxophones were missing after a quick soundcheck outside the Farmington Civic Center by Riverside Park. They are my livelihood—one silver lacquer alto and the other brass tenor with a dent near the bell. I paced the plaza, checked beneath benches by the fountain, and asked a few passersby, but nothing turned up. The guitars and drums in the street corner reminded me how much I rely on those horns to carry a tune. I am hoping a good Samaritan found them and kept them safe until I can get them back for rehearsal tonight.
