Grey plush dog with blue scarf found near library

I found a grey plush dog this afternoon around 2:15pm behind the Elmira Public Library on Main Street. It's about 12 inches tall, incredibly soft, with a bright blue knit scarf and a tiny orange paw patch on its left hind leg. The fur is a little matted from love, but clean. There's a small fabric tag sewn into the scarf that says 'Buddy'. It looks well-loved, so I’d love to get it back to its owner. If this sounds like yours, shoot me a message and I’ll reunite you.
