Found a friendly tabby cat with green eyes and a bell collar wandering in a yard in Elko.

I found a sweet tabby cat wandering around my yard in Elko last night. He seems to be well taken care of and is very friendly. He has bright green eyes and a collar with a bell on it, but unfortunately, there's no tag with an owner's information. I'm worried that he might be lost and would love to find his home.
