Gray tabby cat with blue collar missing near Bassett Place

I’m Maria Gonzalez, and I lost my gray tabby cat yesterday around 3pm near the Target at Bassett Place on Gateway Blvd East in El Paso. He’s a medium-sized cat, about 10 pounds, with gray fur, white paws, and a white bib, and he wears a blue collar with a small heart-shaped tag that says 'Milo'. There’s a tiny notch on his right ear, and he’s usually shy by strangers but incredibly sweet once he warms up.
