I found a pair of stud earrings this morning, around 11:45 a.m., near the eastbound I-94 rest area just outside Miles City in Eastern Montana. They’re simple silver studs with tiny clear stones, dirty from the dusty ground but still gleaming in the sun. I paused, thinking they must matter to someone, and I cleaned the dirt away a bit. I’m posting this here because I know how it feels to lose something you wear every day, and I’d like the owner to get them back.
