Lost brooches near Ocean City Boardwalk.
I was walking along the Ocean City Boardwalk near 15th Street around 2:20 p.m. last Friday when my two favorite brooches slipped from my bag and vanished into the crowd. One is a silver crescent with a tiny blue stone; the other is a gold-toned leaf with delicate detailing—both gifts from my grandmother that I wore on special occasions. They remind me of home and of her, and losing them feels like losing a piece of family. If someone happened to find them, I’d be grateful beyond words.

I found a necklace this afternoon around 2:15pm outside Riverside Market on Harbor Way, Eastern Shore. It’s an 18-inch sterling silver chain with a teardrop blue sea-glass pendant, and a tiny wave engraving on the edge. The back has a subtle initials stamp—looks like “AJ”—and the glass has a faint salt-stain patina from being near the water. The chain and clasp are in good condition, not bent, and the pendant is securely attached.
