Lost avians near Pine Mountain, Eastern Kentucky
Hi, I’m Hannah Lee, and I’m missing two avians after an evening yard check. I had them at Natural Bridge State Resort Park near Slade, Kentucky, around 7:45 p.m. last Thursday when I closed their aviary and the birds darted toward the pines. They’re small canaries with bright yellow feathers and playful chirps; I’m worried they’ve found a new perch somewhere along the park trails. If you’ve seen two birds or heard a chorus in the woods, please help by posting here so I can come collect them through the site.
Found: Breeds in Eastern Kentucky
Today at 6:40 p.m., I found someone else’s item along a trail near Levi Jackson State Park in Hazard, Eastern Kentucky. A canvas tote sat on a bench, and inside was a folder labeled 'Breeds' with dog-breed notes and a few kennel club printouts. I left the tote in a safe spot nearby, hoping the owner would notice it. It obviously belongs to someone who cares about their dogs, and I’d feel relieved to return it to a rightful owner near the park entrance or along the Renfro Valley area.
Cream-colored dwarf hamster with cinnamon ear patch
I lost my cream-colored dwarf hamster yesterday around 6pm near the Walmart on Main Street in Hazard, KY. He's tiny—the size of a ping-pong ball—with a cinnamon patch behind his right ear and a faint scar on his left paw. I had him in a small clear cage with a blue wheel, and he slipped out when I was cleaning the setup in our living room and disappeared into the closet. His name is Nibbles, and he's a gift to my son—I'm really hoping to get him back safe and sound.

I lost my cinnamon-colored Syrian hamster yesterday around 3pm near the Kroger on Main Street in Hazard, KY. She's a small mammal, about four inches long, with a fluffy cinnamon coat and a white belly. She also has a tiny white crescent on her left shoulder and a faint white stripe along her spine that helps identify her. Leopard gecko missing; cream base with orange spots
I lost my leopard gecko yesterday around 3pm near the parking lot behind the Slade Fire Department, close to the Natural Bridge State Resort Park entrance in Slade, KY, in Eastern Kentucky. It’s a small, 6-inch gecko with a cream-colored body and bright orange spots along the back, plus a distinct white dot behind his left eye. The tail has a slight kink from a past fall. I keep him in a 20-gallon tall tank with a purple heat lamp and a blue tile hide, and he’s really special to my family—my daughter calls him Mango and he helps her stay calm. If you spot a gecko around the park entrance or the Slade gas station area, message me here. I’d be forever grateful to get him back.

Daisy went missing from our backyard in Eastern Kentucky last night. She's a sweet little beagle with a distinctive black and white coat and a pink collar that has her name tag on it. We last saw her running towards the woods behind our house. If anyone has seen her or has any information, please let us know. We're really worried about her!
Lost friendly orange and black striped snake about 4 feet long last seen in backyard near Pikeville, Eastern Kentucky.
Stripey is about 4 feet long and has a beautiful pattern of orange and black stripes. I last saw him slithering around my backyard in Pikeville, Eastern Kentucky, and I'm really worried that he could have wandered off into the nearby woods. He's very friendly and doesn't bite, but I definitely want to find him as soon as possible.
