UK passport with burgundy cover

I found a passport this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the Wellgate Shopping Centre on Wellgate, Dundee. It's a UK passport with a burgundy cover and the Royal Coat of Arms on the front. The cover's a bit scuffed and the corners show wear, and there's a small coffee stain along the bottom edge. Inside the cover there's a tiny purple lighthouse sticker—a little personal touch from the owner, I suspect.
