Blue medical alert bracelet found

Found a blue medical alert bracelet this morning around 10:15am near the McManus Galleries on Albert Square in Dundee. It's a slim silicone bracelet, cobalt blue, with a small silver medical-alert tag on the clasp. Engraved inside the band is the name 'Lena Patel' and a tiny medical symbol. It's in good condition, no major scratches, just a bit dusty from the pavement. It seems important for the owner's safety and I’d really like to see it back with them.
