Found silver iPhone 12 with blue OtterBox case

I found a silver iPhone 12 with a blue OtterBox case behind the Dothan Civic Center on Foster Street this afternoon around 3:40pm. The screen is cracked and there's a coffee stain on the back corner of the case. The wallpaper shows a sunset over a lake, a small clue that might help identify the owner.
